Delivery time
The delivery time consists of 2 stages:
1.Order processing
2.Order delivery
1.Order processing - includes the following stages:
Receiving and placing an order: (Entering order data into the system, checking the correctness of the information (contact information, delivery address, order composition).
Payment confirmation: (If the payment was not made online, you must confirm receipt of payment.)
Order formation: (Checking the goods before sending, completing the shipment, choosing the optimal container, packing and preparing for shipment.)
Organizing delivery: (Choosing a delivery service, agreeing on the terms.)
The order processing time is individual for each product and is indicated on the product page.
2.Delivery is carried out by the following carriers (depending on the delivery type "Standard delivery" or "Express delivery"):
"Ukrposhta"
"Nova Poshta"
"Nova Global"
"UPS"
"Fedex"
The delivery time is:
"Standard delivery" - 10-30 business days
"Express Shipping" - 5-15 business days
depending on the country of the buyer.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You can be sure to receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the status of your order once it has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
We kindly ask that you double check and make sure that you have entered the correct shipping information when placing your order. 3DMaskStudio is not responsible for mis-shipped or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable shipping address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for the additional cost of re-shipping the package. We are unable to issue refunds or send free replacements for packages that are delivered to the "wrong" location due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please place a new order if you still want to receive your package with the correct shipping information.
!!! Please double check your shipping information before placing your order to ensure timely and accurate delivery. If you need to update your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes before your package is shipped.
Delayed/Lost Orders
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors if they received it by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or arrive 1-2 days later than the estimated delivery date. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your country’s carrier immediately to file a claim. Please note that 3DMaskStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to provide provide you with any information necessary to assist you in filing your claim.
