What is delivery time?
The terms of "Standard delivery" are from 10 to 30 working days (depending on the recipient's country). The terms of "Express delivery" are 5-15 working days (depending on the recipient's country). The specified terms do not take into account possible delays due to strikes, customs checks or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times do not include the "Order processing" time, which is indicated on the product page.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer free "Standard Shipping" on all orders. You can choose the paid "Express Shipping" option when placing your order.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel the order, then you have to do it within the 12 hours after the order is placed. For order cancellation you can contact us.
How much of each item can I buy?
Each item presented in our store exists in a single copy. These are not just things - they are the result of painstaking handwork and individual painting. We believe in the value of uniqueness, so each product is created with soul and attention to detail. If you want to order more than 1 unit of goods, contact us and we will discuss the details.
Do you take custom orders?
"Yes, we do accept custom orders. We can make a mask (helmet) that is not in our range, or paint an existing mask (helmet) according to your wishes. We can also make a mask (helmet) in a different size. Please contact us if you have special requirements and we will be happy to discuss the details and provide a custom solution."
Do I have to pay import fees?
When delivering a parcel to your country, you may be required to pay customs duties and import taxes according to the laws of your country. Please contact your local customs office to clarify this issue.
