We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer pays for shipping of goods to Seller. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Refusal to Accept Delivery
